Youth Health Champions

The Youth Health Champions model is designed to give young people the skills, knowledge and confidence to act as peer mentors, increasing awareness of healthy lifestyles and encouraging involvement in activities to promote good health.

Recently the youth health champions got together to completed ‘all about me’ sheets so they could all get to know each other a bit better.

They created a board to be displayed and shared. They talked about wanting to put exercise, healthy eating, drinking water, using sun cream and being happy on their board.

This board will be displayed during our sports day on Tuesday 3rd July 2018.
