Firework Art
Year 2 have done some extra Art. We made firework landscape pictures, thinking carefully about the outlines of buildings and the patterns and shapes fireworks might make in the sky. The children were very happy with how they turned out.
Year Two have been very busy. The children have been learning all about different types of transport in our topic lessons. They really enjoyed finding out about how Christopher Columbus sailed to America.
In Science they tested different materials to find one which was strong, light and waterproof. They then used these materials to make a new boat for Christopher Columbus. They had great fun testing them!
