Increasing the % of good and outstanding teaching and learning.
Monitor and track the outcomes of SEND and vulnerable pupils so that highly effective
interventions and support will be delivered and implemented.
Increase attainment and achievement across the school.
Develop and raise the school profile.
Continue to develop assessment, tracking and monitoring procedures.
Identified areas for school improvement in the last Ofsted 2013
Increase the progress of more able learners by providing greater opportunity for them to
work independently.
Establish systems to collect information about pupils’ progress that are more manageable and accessible to all staff.
Increase achievement in writing by providing more opportunities to write extended pieces of writing.
